*What is the Custom Fit program, and how do I get reimbursed "up to 50%"?
Custom Fit is a state-subsidized program, often through the Utah System of Higher Education, helping companies reduce training costs. Details may change, but as of early 2026 they are offering "up to 50%" (even though their site still says 40%) to eligible businesses. Note: You must be approved before paying for this package. (This can happen quickly.)

Can I bring my team or business partners?
Absolutely! Team dynamics are even more powerful when multiple members understand their DISC styles together. We can accommodate team members at the same community rate ($300 each, regular $400) up to the 40-seat capacity.
When do I receive my DISC report?
You'll receive your unique assessment link after registration. Complete it online (10-15 minutes) anytime before your scheduled debrief to get your personalized Maxwell DISC report. Your private 30-minute debrief must be completed before the workshop date. We recommend completing your assessment within 48 hours of registration to maximize your workshop experience.

What's the parking/venue information?
Wild Sage Events is located at 1480 Orchard Dr suite 113, Bountiful, UT 84010. Free parking available in the lot adjacent to the building. We'll send complete venue information, including a map and parking details, in your confirmation email after registration.
What if I can't attend this date?
Join our waitlist! We'll notify you when the next session opens. No guarantees, but we're planning to offer this workshop regularly for the Lady Bosses community and other groups throughout 2026.
What's the refund policy?
Due to the personalized nature of the assessment and debrief, we cannot offer refunds on that portion. A partial refund for the workshop is available up to 7 days before the event date. After that, you may transfer your workshop seat to another Lady Bosses community member at no charge. Contact me for details.
